Water Coolers
The last two years, I had to call them every single month to beg them to bring the water I was buying. I would get a recording saying they would delivery on a certain day and it never showed up. I would call them and ask where it was and they would tell me they didn't know and I would ask if they could bring it that day and they said they do not do same day delivery.

My only complaint, prior to my attempts to cancel, was that their website wasn't very good.
I cancelled my service with D.S. Waters in December, 2013. D.S. charges a deposit for its water bottles. I made three appointments via their customer service number, to have the bottles and cooler / stand picked up. D.S. Waters failed to appear on any of the three occasions.
I called DS Waters' Atlanta office and left a message on their "Executive Escalation Line" and no one returned my call. On my second call to the "Executive Escalation Line" a representative made a promise that the bottles and equipment would be picked up. She further promised to follow up the day after. Neither happened.
After opening a complaint with the BBB, the bottles were picked up on 1/16/2014. On 1/28/2014 I was notified via the BBB that I would receive a credit in 4-6 weeks. A

I would recommend the people to stay away from this company. It was a very poor service and I just recently canceled the water delivery. Anybody who is considering it needs to think twice. It was supposed to be about $21 a month, but I was getting bills for $30, $40 and the highest one that I got was $60, so it was always different. They got me some water that I hadn't requested and then charged me for it. It was a horrible experience, even on day 1. The first water dispenser that they dropped off didn't work. This was after I ran out. They told me to give it some time, but it never did work so eventually I had lukewarm water, it would never heat up. We had to wait a week or two before we got another one.
