1. The Company was very responsive. Arrived within 1.5 hours of my call. 2. The equipment is clumsy, and the initial experience was a little concerning, but the technician was incredibly knowledgable, helped us find the source of the problem, and was very very good at his job (Steve). 3. The company is very industrious about following up to check how things are drying out. (It took 4 days for us.) 4. Even though the price came out higher than the quote, they honored the quote. 5. Be sure to find out when they will come by to check the status of drying out... they called me at 7:12 in the morning (which is why I give them a B on professionalism). Be sure to ask questions -- they're experts and they will tell you what is going on.

They specialize in clean-ups after floods, fire and mold damage, and carpet cleaning. We had a pipe break, and our basement was flooded. It is definitely a business where you can get taken for a ride, as these things have to be done immediately. Everyone knows that you are at their mercy. However, I thought that the people who came over were very fair. Their prices were very reasonable and were willing to work with someone individually. They had missed at spot but they came back and fixed it for me. I definitely appreciate that. They could have taken off if they wanted to, as they had their money. They came back and honored the rest of the work.
