About two years ago, Dreamscapes transformed my heavily wooded and overgrown rear property to a magnificent, peaceful garden.  My relationship with Mike and Maggie is one based on professionalism and respect.     They are exceptionally talented and the workers seem quite conscientious.  I understand there have been staff changes, perhaps in response to some of the negative reviews I have read here.  My experience has not been anything like that of those with negative reviews.

The yard work was fine ... when they showed up.  Dreamscapes was unable to keep to a regular schedule.  When our yard went 3 weeks without a mow, Brett Canady, our service representative, took an argumentative tone as opposed to trying to make it right.  Of course, that was after having to track him down for 2 days to get a return phone call.  For a service industry, these guys are missing the boat on customer satisfaction.  I would not recommend them to others.

My biggest complaint with Dreamscape is lack of professionalism and communication.  The manager assigned to my area always made me feel like I was the least important customer, refused to meet with me (or made up excuses not to), and then was rude and defensive when I complained about mistakes in the work and their inability to complete the simplest of requests for maintenance.  

These guys are definitely not worth the trouble - apparently they only care about high-paying, no-questions-asked customers.  I also tried to reach the owner to discuss -- several months ago.  He still has not returned my call.  

Beautiful yards, bad businessmen.  In my book, they get an overall F.

Their plantings are gorgeous. However, trying to get them to do additional work has not been successful. I likely will continue to use them for monthly maintenance because their price is good, but for my bigger landscaping needs, I am going to look elsewhere and maybe or maybe not use them in the future for that.

spend $75 a month for the general maintenance. I like them because their prices are good. They are very responsive and extremely professional. Every yard that they do looks great. I?ll continue using them in the future.
