Furniture - Sales, Interior Design and Decorating
I scheduled an in home consultation with the store designer, who went to my home on the wrong day. It took three days to schedule a delivery. It took nine days to complete a two mile shipment. Owner told me, for the size of my order ($5,000 - two night stands, a desk, two lamps), I could probably come out better shopping through an online retailer. He cancelled my order and gave me a refund.
