TOTAL SCAM IN EVERY SENSE! Jacked price from $350 to $910 because of mold in ducts. Wanted cash. Questioned the Entire time and wanted to talk to his boss because he was not from the company I was told it would be from.

I strongly encourage you to find a company that can provide better customer service!
We were delighted that they could "squeeze" us in on short notice, but the quality of work performed was not worth the expeditious service. They even damaged our floors! The contractors wore bulky black boots on our light carpets and drug their hoses around corners causing scratches to our drywall and baseboards. They even dropped an air return cover on our laminate floors causing irreparable damage.They let duct cleaning solution drip all over our leather couches without even saying a word of caution. We discovered the mess long after they left.  When we addressed the Technician about the floor damage he immediately took photos of the damage with his Blackberry telephone and promised to contact his employer. We never heard from him again. It took several phone calls to even get in touch with the "Owner/Manager". Once we got in touch in with the "Owner/Manager", we were promised by to have our case addressed after he spoke with his Technician. After not receiving any return phone calls, we tried to solve our complaints with emails. We were told by Melanie that 30 days had expired for the claim and that "it wasn't their concern anymore". They obviously work fast to make a quick buck. Truly unethical and un-American service being provided at Dr. Air Duct LLC.

I hired them to have my chimney cleaned prior to moving out. It was on an inspection requirements list. I called and they quoted $99 or $129 depending on if I had a fireplace or chimney. They came on the date specified but were 2 hours late. When they came they did the job quickly. He offered me a extra cleaning for only $40 (that was quoted as free). I declined but he said he would mark that I had it done anyway but I declined that dishonest practice as well. When it was time to pay the bill they added an additional $40 as a travel charge. When I asked why there was a 40% increase I was told it was standard for a travel charge over an hour. I said you are in Atlanta and I am in Suwanee ? that is not an hour. I am not concerned WHERE you came from? you are an Atlanta company. He didn?t have an answer. I paid and should NOT have ! I then immediately took the quote and emailed Joey, the office manager, who sent me the quote and asked where the travel charge was on the quote. No response The Office manager wrote me back and apologized for the inconvenience and offered me 50% off on other services. I don?t think SO! I also wrote them and demande dthe special charge back and ahvent heard from them. DO NOT USE This company they are crooks!

I was very confused by their pricing structure at first, but the total seemed reasonable for all the work once they evaluated my system. My wife was the one at home and she said they were fast and seemed to know what they were doing(Ronnie is the name on the card they left). They showed her what some of the insides of the ducts and other stuff looked like before and after, and she was very happy with the results(our whole system was terribly dirty as the house was neglected for years before we bought it and renovations made the situation worse).

They called half an hour before showing up to confirm the job. Joey was very nice and explained what needed to be done. Mike, the other technician, was preparing the tools for work, and by the time we agree on the service I will get, they start the job. They are hard working guys and know their job like pros.

While assessing my vent system Roni noticed water leaking near the AC unit in the attic. He brought this to my attention, I in turn placed a service call to have the problem taken care of. Roni's observation saved me potentially hundreds of dollars in repair bills, plus the money that I would have had to spend to have my ceiling restored & repainted. I was fortunate to have encountered Roni, although I felt I would have a good experience from the start when he offered to help me carry packages into the house, as I pulled onto my driveway. I was a little late meeting him at my house. Roni also noticed, that my husband & son had been placing the filter in the unit backwards, which could harm the system by allowing dirt to flow throughout instead of becoming trapped in the filter. He instructed me on how to correctly insert the filter. He then assessed the whole unit to ensure damage, had not already occurred. This was extra work that he performed at no charge. I highly recommend Roni.
