They are absolutely awful. The tree fell in June, and the insurance came the next day- DSI, however, did not finish fixing the roof until JANUARY. Their project managers kept quitting, which delayed them working on our project. They were supposed to put in brand new trusses, and charged the insurance for new ones, but they fixed the old ones instead.

I was upset with just about everything with this company. They packed up all of their belongings and told me that my basement floor was all dried, but four days later I discovered that it wasn't and the insulation in my walls were growing mold. I asked them to come back out to my home and fix this problem again. They did come back out but then charged me to remove the trash and garbage which was not removed from my basement.
