The cost was very reasonable

Mr. Dillard of Dillard Construction was extremely professional when addressing my repair needs. He provided a quote for the work within a timely fashion and we ended up booking him for the job. He came out the very next day to completel the work. We needed some of the siding repaired on our house. I would definitely hire Dillard Construction for my future repair needs.

It was good

Mr. Dillard repaired the rotting part of a soffit and did an excellent job. He and his team were prompt and and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend his services.

Pricey and almost did the job the long way without checking to see if it can be done by the hinge. When it was determined it could be, the price was only dropped by very little. If I wasn't on the way out of town and needed it done, I would have done it myself or hired someone else. Also, pieces to complete the weather stripping was not included in that pretty high price. The door has to be pushed hard to seal. My house is really cold right now but I will finish the job with weather stripping this evening. He was VERY pleasant and easy to talk to so customer service was really good, but could have been more realistic in pricing reduction when it was realized it would be a much easier job.

Worked with him before. Did great job. This time son not feeling well. Mr. Dillard stated will come out and finish job and did not show or call.

The doors were installed very well and have not had any problems. I am very pleased.

Below is my final communication to date w/ Dillard Construction (DBA) Dillard Home Improvements. They did an adequate job painting. However, I became concerned when Floyd continuously proclaimed "I hate plumbing" and It showed. We have had to hire all plumbing / toilet / vanity installs to be redone. The tile work in the guest bath has to be removed discarded and reinstalled. The most disappointing part is we have reached out multiple times with no response. ALL STATEMENTS ARE SUPPORTED WITH PHOTOS. Good afternoon Floyd. I'm assuming since you've not responded or shown up today that's your signal that you are not coming back to discuss the job. Thank you for your effort's. I regret that we were unable to make it to completion. And I wish you well. I would appreciate a sign off on what we have completed. 1. Painting 99% completed with touch ups in stairwell, 3 bathrooms, dinning room and kitchen remaining. 2. Hand rail is still not re-installed. 3. Half bath toilet is installed crooked, Sink not installed. 4. Master toilet is installed, not secured & leaking sink installed and leaking. 5. Guest toilet and sink not installed, Tile installed with hollow gaps and not grouted, you did not use spacers and install VERY BAD! Tile will have to be removed, discarded and replaced. 6. No thresholds or transitions were installed in the upstairs bathrooms. 7. Master bath threshold tile crumbling and failing. 8. Shower faucets are not updated with new stems or washers. 9. Stair top transition cap was loosened during project and remains disconnected. That is my list... there may be more, but when I went upstairs yesterday and saw the tile and the leaky sink I knew that we couldn't go any further. Thank you

Mr. Dillard was exceptional. He was not only pleasant but he was very knowledgeable and understanding. He went out of his way to make sure my home was in excellent condition. I would use him again. Very reasonable prices. I can't say enough great things about Mr. Dillard.

We were very impressed with the prior ratings received by Mr. Dillard. However, none of this workmanship was exhibited on the deck that he built for us. It was poor quality work and poor quality workmanship! We have been told by other licensed deck contractors that the deck is not built to code. We will not use or recommend his services. We are in the process of taking legal actions to recoup our investment for this inferior work.

I would definitely recommend Mr. Dillard. I call him for all of my home care needs. He is knowledgeable about home repairs and maintenance. This company is reliable and dependable. Mr.. Dillard goal is to provide quality service to his customers.

They did the work quickly and efficiently. They listened to my concerns and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I will hire the them again.

Floyd was great with his communication and customer service. He and his family replaced some damaged siding for me. The siding I have was difficult to find; but, he tracked it down and took care of me. I'd defiantly call him again if I needed some work done.

Satisfactory experience

Floyd called me back ASAP after giving my information to Home Advisor - Was in a big time hurry to get some siding fix.. he said he could be at my house by 9 am the next morning and he was here right at 9 am.. He repaired my siding in 30 mins and it looks fantastic - Will definitely be calling him again for other home repairs
