Denise was awful. My agent had a difficult time in reaching her to get questions asked, for one thing. Denise was on vacation an awful lot, and didn't leave any info for an assistant or anyone to help us out while she was out. She ignorantly offered me to assume the seller's FHA loan with a great interest rate, not reading the find print. After several hours of being on the phone with the loan processors, I discovered that I wasn't allowed to even apply for the loan assumption. Denise should have read the fine print before offering it to me. She showed up late to closing and was overall very rude to me and again was pretty dumb reading the HUD. It took a substantial amount of time to explain to her that when a number is in paranthesis, it's negative. She said it herself: She's ''been in the business forever.'' Obviously she's an agent who's not required to go to continuing education classes or understand basic math.
