They send me an invoice advising me that they will do the work by last Wednesday. I walk him on the property and I saw that he put all the materials on my property and get the money. So I asked for his business insurance but he didn't provide it on the time that we met. On Wednesday, when I went on the property I saw all the materials, I called him but he advised me that they will do the job by Thursday. I called him several times but Carlos is the only person who is answering the call, I was waiting on Thursday for the workers but no one came but some of the materials are missing. I told him to put all the materials inside the house but he advised me that he will call me back, after that he billed to me all the materials but there is no work done at all and my $1000 was taken out from me.

"Ma'am please don't tell lies and malign our company with false information. The bottom line was that you said you didn't trust anybody and you wanted to see the materials there before you would pay a deposit, so in Order to appease you we ordered all the materials for you and had them delivered to your house and met you at the house, only then did you give us the deposit to ONLY pay for your materials. We then told you we would return the next day to begin the work. The next day you got there before we did and called me to tell me that the materials were stolen overnight and that you wanted us to replace your stolen materials free of charge. I advised you to file a police report and file a claim with your insurance company. (That's why you have insurance) and they would reimburse you for your loss. You then said you didn't have insurance and that we should help pay for your stolen items. When I didn't agree you started making threats and taking out your frustration out on me. I am very sorry for your loss but unfortunately there was nothing I could do but please don't discredit our company because you had a misfortune incident happen to you."

Del Rio Roofing company was very punctual and very knowledgeable. They answered a lot of my questions over the phone and I felt comfortable having them come out to my home to the shingle repairs, which they confirmed was the reason why I was having leakage in the home. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
