DAVID O'QUINN

We started out with a simple job to see how his work was and was pleased with the repair of the ceiling around a new skylight that was put in by another company that was not finished.   There were holes and bugs were coming in from the attic.  David fixed and painted the area and it looked beautiful.  We had him then replace the gable vent in the attic on the end of our roof. 
We had a closet where our hot water heater was (we had a tank-less put in) and David patched, painted and put in a light and new shelves - it looks wonderful and don't know how I managed before not having a pantry.
The master bedroom had a bubble ceiling and David scraped it all off, floated a new ceiling and removed the outdated ceiling molding and placed new molding and a new ceiling fan with a beautiful medallion under it.  He painted all the walls and did an excellent job.
He has also replaced our front and back porches deck boards with Trex and new railings on both. 
He is very diligent and comes when he says he will.  I have referred him to my neighbor and she has been very happy also.

David came with good recommendations. We are happy we hired him to do the job. He was always on time and professional. He was very pleasant towards my family and I would definitely hire him again if I needed general carpentry work done.
