We could not have asked for more from a company. Mike, Tony and the staff were very professional and explained the process up front and was very patient with any question we had. The new roof made our home look brand new. They worked with our insurance company and explained the process to us. I would recommend them any day of the week!

They are very knowledgeable in the rules that insurance companies follow. (Two other roofers looked at our roof before Mike and Dave, and those other roofers didn't tell us that we had a chance at making a successful claim.)
The Custom Roof Designs workers were very professional. They worked at a good pace, not too fast and not too slow. The roof is very good quality and looks great. We paid the exact amount on the contract, so there were no surprises. No leaks so far. About a month after the installation, a piece of flashing was coming loose. Mike, Dave, and their crew came the next day and fixed the problem. We recommend Custom Roof Designs, especially if you have roof damage and are thinking about making an insurance claim.
