I've purchased four cars from them over the years.

The work takes a couple of hours. The workers are fantastic. They're really good. They do everything really well. Good customer service and timely. I don't have any complaints about them.

I have had both good and bad experiences but my last experience made up for the bad one.

I think they do a fine job. They were running a promotion on belts so I used that coupon.  It was a long appointment so they put me on a rental car. The staff is very nice, they explain to me what they are going to do and after finishing they explain what they did. They also do followup calls to ask about how the service is working.

The service there was great and the staff was good. They complete the work very promptly.

I have been going to them for six years.  It?s great, the service is great.  I?ve had honda several recalls and a regular check up stuff.  One of the things I like is you can have the service people come to you without going in.  You drive to a certain lane and the service people come to you and ask what you need.  For the recalls, they have been providing rental cars; not from them but from a nearby rental place.  You just say what you need and they give it or do it for you.  Then they take you to the rental place and drive your car back.  It?s just so easy and I really love it.   

Purchase process went smoothly, and Anthony and the rest of the sales team were professional and courteous.  They had a good selection of the specific model we were looking for, and there was a minimal amount of haggling, no doing what I call the sales manager shuffle, etc.  All in all a good experience, and they delivered what they promised.  If there was any complaint it would be the cramped size of the dealership and sales floor.  But I paid for a good, competitively priced car, not the wood paneling and plush carpeting of the higher end car dealerships.

Staff were polite and professional.  They honored a coupon I had downloaded from their website, so saved 15% on labor.  They gave me a loaner car to use for the day without any fuss.  All in all, very helpful.

The people that work there are good, professional and I like them. They were very prompt and did everything they were supposed to do and they do good work.
