Returned from a trip to find our furnace was not working and it was super cold outside, and therefore in the house as well. Called the company we have a "service contract" with-empire -late on a Tuesday night and got a return call Wed. that they could come out Friday. My neighbor told me to call Cunningham - they've done excellent work for them over the years and are very responsive. I called that afternoon and they came out the next day - less than 20 hrs later. The Technician was very professional and quite nice, no upsell or anything, identified the problem immediately and fixed the issue! Based on their great customer service and the skilled and ethical Tech, I will use them again going forward.

Hired them to replace my HVAC unit this year. The new AC has not been cooling well. I had a technician come over. He looked over the unit and said that (1) unit has been undercharged and (2) a part needs to be replaced (he said it could have been overlooked during installation). To replace the part, they had to send a different technician. A day later, after unit has been refilled and the part has been replaced, my brand new AC has been working non-stop for 5 hours but the temperature doesn't go below 75. The unit is still under warranty and I might give them another call. But, I'm starting to feel like getting a second opinion. Too much time off wasted waiting on different technicians without a resolution.

The repair work on our HVAC unit was outstanding. The Associates were very professional, explained how they operated up front, and were very responsive. They were able to get a service rep out the next day when we called. When the problem was not completely fixed, they sent out additional service reps and spent a long time figuring out the problem. In the end, they charged us very little for the second tip since they were unable to get it fixed on the first visit.

Extremely well, considering the circumstances--out A/C unit died and it was during the hottest time of the year (summer). Cunningham & Associates responded quickly and came up with a cost-effective solution to get us up and running immediately.

I called Cunningham. I have used them for about 3 years now. They have not let me down. They come right away. Get the job done quickly and correctly. THey are flexible with scheduling and come when its convenient for me. They let me pay by credit card over the phone or with check by mail. The whole staff are nice and efficient. The owner, Bob Cunningham has even come out before. He is readily available to discuss any matter.

Dusty arrived on time and was very professional. In the process of conducting a routine HVAC inspection, Dusty discovered that the former resident who had installed a new thermostat had wired it incorrectly and we weren't even using the heat pump efficiently.
