Excellent. Phone representative was friendly and helpful. Mike was the contractor that came to do the estimate & repair. He explained in great detail about my carpet and how to fix the problems. Unfortunately, my particular carpets and the locations of the wrinkles made for a difficult job, but I feel he did the best work that was possible.

Excellent! I phoned the 800 #, described the problem. They had a repair person arrive the next day - and they also provided an estimate at the time of the call. The repair man arrived. He did a good evaluation of the problem and looked at a a variety of options to fix the carpet. He got the bump removed from the carpet, relayed the portion that he had worked on and the whole walkway looked perfect and like there was never a problem.
