Insurance Agencies
My insurance company contacted the company to do an estimate for the damage my roof/ceiling sustained during a rain storm. The company showed up at my inlaws' house so they were late. Mrs Laney was very short with my mother-in-law when she tried to explain to her that they were at the wrong house. Then, when they did arrive, Mr Laney didn't say 2 words to me the entire time. His wife Cynthia Laney was very nasty and short. She kept interrupting me when I'd try to answer her question. It was very, very clear she didn't want to be there. The estimate she wrote up showed zero damage. I definitely would not have paid them to do what they did. No excuse for how they conducted themselves.
