Julio has been my go-to handy-man for over a year now. All of his work has always been high quality, and he's very friendly and responsive. For this project, we had him install and paint crown moulding in two rooms. Wow! What a difference it made. The finished work is absolutely beautiful and looks flawless. It was a great way to an old home look new again. I couldn't recommend Julio more.

If there as a higher score than 'A' +++ that's what we would have picked. Words can not describe how happy we are with the outcome...Julio and his assistant were prompt, professional and focused all day...for two days. Our walls weren't straight and had tons of patching due to the complete remodeling (new layout) of our kitchen renovation. The tile layout was a bit of a challenge, we were missing chair rails and the two tone paint needed to be matched with two adjoining rooms. Their finishing work was impeccable! Our is fabulous...the show piece of our house. We love their work so much, we've referred them to two other friends (who are also now fans)...And we're about to call on Julio to help us with a new project.

Julio did a fantastic job.  He's a real perfectionist and is a genuinely nice person.  I will definitely be hiring him again for future projects.

We used Julio a second time and were just as happy as the first time.  Everything went perfectly.  We'll definitely be calling him again soon to regrout our bathroom floor.

Julio was great!  We've been searching for a good handyman forever, and we've finally found him.  He was very responsive, very friendly, showed up on time, and worked very hard.  Can't say enough positive things about our experience.

We bought a new house and had a few big changes to make. Julio was recommended to us by a colleague. Firstly, he speaks English very well and when he comes for consultation and to view the existing structure, he really listens to your vision, questions, and concerns. He has a lot of experience and can advise on what's common, traditional, modern, easy, difficult, costly or inexpensive. He has lots of work photos on his phone to give you examples when planning. In our experience, he estimates the project on the spot or, takes a few days to price different materials (that you have requested, such as different wood options, lighting options, etc.) and returns with options by phone, email or in person. He begins the project when convenient for you, and he has brought assistants in the past. He works efficiently and calls with any questions to make sure the work is done right. He is a craftsman--he wants it to look good. He stuck to his pricing and time frame. We did have an increased cost when a surprise from the previous owner surfaced, but he gave us options and we proceeded. He was also very sweet to our dog.

Mr. Barrios arrived on time for our initial consultation for the painting and craft room.  We discussed the projects and we finalized the design and paint colors, over the course of about two weeks.  Construction was initiated and completed within a 30 day time period.  I paid for all supplies and Mr. Barrios was very judicious in his use of all construction materials, saving me many extra trips to my local paint and big box stores as well as money.  Any design changes that he had for the projects were also beforehand.  Mr. Barrios was very receptive to my ideas and I also loved his ideas for the projects.  Mr. Barrios was a joy to work with and a real true artisan when it comes to finish carpentry and drywall.  I plan to use him for several other projects in my home.

Julio is amazing and his quality of work is second to none. He has great communication skills and listens well. He exceeded my expectations!
