Cornel Balan and Lola Valaine were the most magnificent realtors . They not only went above and beyond the duty; Lola offered her caring advice and opinions. Before my husband and I met Lola And Cornel our home had been on the market for over a year. When we met them and turned the home over to for the listing, our old home sold within DAYS! Lola helped us put our house for the market, tear out carpeting, and paint a few rooms! How many realtors do you know that will do that?.

If you are looking for a real estate agent who works hard and truly does everything possible to make the deal work, Cornel is the one to talk to. He was always there to answer my questions, review the options and find a solution. As a buyer it's not easy to find the perfect agent to work with.
