Cooper's Pressure Washing & Gutter Cleaning

Previous work with this company and they have worked in my small neighborhood before....they contacted me by phone, gave me price, emailed it to me, and we scheduled. Original week for scheduled service...gave them all 5 days as I was off, never showed. A few weeks later, finally agreed on a day....they arrived...with jacked up price. Had told me on the phone earlier in the day I could add the garage for $30....would not agree to original invoice price and $30. Told to go home.

They damaged my gutter and gutter enclosure. I called Mr. Cooper and he assured me he would take care of the issue. I said that would be fine if he would send a more professional crew. I waited for him to act on his promise and he never did. I called him and said you're going to have your guys come out and fix my gutters for me. He sent me the same crew and I told him I didn't want them as they screwed it up before. Their main technician who had come out flat out lied and said he had never climbed where the damage was on my roof. I knew he had and he had another worker back him up and lie to me again. I told them they could pack up and go home. I've called the owner now 4 times and he is totally ignoring me. I have now had a new company come out and clean up their work which is an additional cost me. I have used them several times in the past and the work just keeps getting sloppier and sloppier. Now their work van has become quite nasty and it would seem that he is not running his company but just allowing his employees to do it and they are really tarnishing his reputation. They are supposed to be professionals but when they mounted their ladder they did it incorrectly and dented my gutters. I just don't like it when service providers will lie to me. I will not work with a service provider who cannot be honest about the work they have provided or in this case failed to provide.

The work went well. They were honest and punctual and did exactly what they said they would do. The price for everything was well worth the work. They blew off the roof, pressure washed the gutters, and cleaned ALL SIXTEEN windows on the outside of my house. It took a little over an hour and they were packed and gone. I would definately use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to have this type of work done.

He was really good and cleaned up after himself. He gave me an estimate ahead of time and even though my gutter was a little more worst than he anticipated, he stuck to his original estimate. He also alerted me of some minor repairs I needed that I could not see from the sidewalk.
