We had a very bad experience with this company. They assured us that everything would be up to code . (Screenshot from text messages with them) We quickly found numerous items that violated code and posed safety hazards for my family. (No support for deck stairs and landing, cut through our floor joists and tried to support with loosely nailed 2 x 4, concrete footers that were not attached to the deck posts, and the list goes on) When we asked them to bring some of these items up to code, we were told that they would have to charge extra. This was after we had already paid for for material costs that were more than 60% higher than their original estimate. Because of this huge breach of trust we fired them from the job and will be pursuing claims against them with the BBB and all other possible means. It will now cost us even more money to fix their many mistakes. Would not recommend to anyone.

I don't know where to start. I honestly feel I was taken advantage of and provided with subprime work. I noticed all of the reviews that give 4 or more stars are in Roswell. My work was done in SW Atlanta and I am a single female. Carlos came off as professional during the quoting period. He was on top of responding and sold himself as if he would provide me with exceptional experienced work. I had just purchased the home. I hired him to paint prior to me moving in. My request consisted of: refresh paint for 5 bdrm home plus boarders, trim, all doors and walls for 4 bdrms. I checked on the home the second day. First floor appeared to look great. I did not do a thorough check (my fault) and did not go upstairs as they were working. The next day, Carlos texted me to say job complete. I was stuck in traffic and could not get there in time. He left. But now I'm getting a ridculous amount of texts for payment without seeing the work and he claimed to have left and not waited. I finally get to my home and only some window trim are done. One door was not done and it seemed every other wall painted upstairs. The ceilings are 9 ft. and it appeared that most walls were painted to 6 ft. Walls had trim paint splatter. Master bathroom was pretty much NOT done. There were food trails from workers spilled on floors and residue on wood floors. They bagged paint materials with my contractor bags and left them for me to throw out in my garage. Carlos only admitted to some unfinished work after I held back half payment and denied the rest of work, who else could have done it? He clearly was not overseeing the job and if he did he's a crook! He finished the work himself hastily with aggitation constantly saying he's doing it, but I didnt request this or that as if I was getting something over on him and he clearly was on me with work and price!! Very upset and feel taken advantage of due to the area of home and being a single woman. My brand new box of contractor bags also disappeared. Not a good experience. Not honest to people that do not live in the upper class areas it seems.

Check his work and claims he is a professional. Still charged for work that was done improperly. Left food all over the home and was very messy workers. Workers were not monitored to the work that was being completed. Carlos was clearly agitated that he was being challenging that not all work was done and stated it was not in the contract but was fixing it anyway.

Carlos gave us a great quote on painting our plantation shutter and was able to get the job done in a short time period. We felt comfortable talking with him about the project. Our only concerns were that the timing for the reinstallment of the shutters kept changing and we didn?t get the proactive communication that would have allowed us to plan for our day. The shutters looked good but would have looked better with a little more sanding and a glossier paint finish. However they look good and definitely better than we could have done! Carlos was easier to work with, very friendly, and efficient with the job.

Hung second floor shutters and removed old indooor outdoor carpeting on screened porch and installed new.

they came when they said they would and did it. It was a good experience.

Carlos showed up right when he said he would and got right to work sanding and painting the facia and resealing and grouting loose boards. He did a great job for a very reasonable price.

Carlos is amazing. He showed up promptly to provide a quote, he was able to schedule the repair work quickly, and I love the way everything turned out. He and his crew did a great job, I'm so excited to have found someone reliable and professional

He came and met with us, gave us his thoughts, he provided the estimate the same day (as promised), he followed up, he answered my questions, he has excellent handyman/carpenter skills, self taught, his painting was perfect. I was able to hire my handyman and painting contractor with one company. Completed the job in no time, cleaned up, stayed in touch. Great guy to work with. Courteous, respectful - I am very, very happy with the work done. I will be hiring them again!
