They did a superior job! The team came out and they were polite, professional, and very experienced in their field. They couldn't have been easier to work with and they definitely went the "extra mile" to do an excellent job. Apollo was very helpful and took time to explain what needed to be done, why a certain insulation was used in different locations, and he was great. Their manager, Bill Dressel came out to review the project and provide a solution to get insulation into a spot that was incredibly difficult to access, saving us time and money. I would highly recommend this company for any insulation needs!

I had one problem with the insulation company. They had mistakenly put some insulation on top of old insulation in one area. This was not something I asked for. I would have had them come out and remove it but I didn't want to disturb my tenants, so I just absorbed the extra couple hundred dollars. They also did not always return calls promptly. The work itself was good and the job came out fine overall. They were a little expensive though.
