Connie Cousins Baker helped me narrow down my search. I started looking for houses, and then switched my mind to condos/townhouses, and then went back to houses. She helped me narrow down my neighborhood by talking to the neighbors! She also made sure that I did not go over my budget. When I found the house, she went over the contract line by line. She stayed on top of all the inspections, and passed all my questions to the owners about utilities, etc. in a timely manner. She followed up with my credit union so the closing was on schedule. All in all, she made the whole process a breeze!
