Overall, this is a perfectly acceptable gym. It's not fancy, but it's also not expensive. Their equipment is fine (appreciate being able to watch TV while using cardio machines). I wasn't impressed the only time I used a personal trainer--he didn't ask me about my goals or anything, and they tried a hard sell on personal training sessions. But for basic cardio and weights, it's fine.

They offer tanning, open 24 hours and offer free parking.  I believe the offere trainers as well but I have never used them or the tanning.

It's a gym. Yay for them. I was a member for a year and cancelled my membership in September 2008. I called and paid the fees to cancel early and they said we are going to keep wacking your card for a retarded amount of months more plus a cancel fee and I was fine with that just so it would cancel eventually. I haven't heard a word since. It is now Februaryy 2010. I got a call from a debt collection agency from Colony Square for...$29. $29. I told the guy try someone else and called Colony to let them know about the scam. After speaking with the new GM of Colony Square Kelly she informed me that THEY failed to charge me my last month and cancel fee in December 2008 and so my $29 has been sent to a debt collector. They would be happy to pull my account from the scavenger agency for the one time low payment of $29. Times are tough I know but had anyone sent me a bill or called me and said hey we forgot to charge you. I would have said no worries charge my card. Low brow. Not into it. Chris Garvey if you are reading this...you can have my $29 but the method in which you are collecting from your former clients and neighbors is innapropriate and embarrassing for you. $29? Really?
