They’re very good. They got everything done so that someone could come in and put up a ceiling. I just like them. They were very professional, very hard workers, on time, and very dependable. They’re a little expensive but they were worth the extra money. I called them late that afternoon and they were here within 45 minutes.

Coit Services came out and they did an excellent job. He was very professional cleaned up after himself. He was very friendly and courteous. I was very pleased with my service.

There was a fire next door to my condominium that impacted my unit with smoke damage.  I called Coit and they sent someone the next day to get the silk drapes.  Jay could not have been nicer and said they would deliver them back to me when I called for them. He did the price estimates and even though I felt at the time that it was expensive I had no experience to compare it with.  It appeared to be well worth it in the end. 
Coit sent someone to clean the upholstered furniture when I called a week later and even though I was out of town he talked with me on the phone and made certain that I was happy with the results.  He gave me updates on how the work was going.
When I found that I would be back in Atlanta on the 21st of December I called and asked if the Drapes could be delivered after Christmas. The owner at Coit said they hated for me to go through the Christmas Holidays without drapes.  They would send their man to rehang if I could get there by 2 PM on Friday or at least make sure he had access by then.  I'm sorry I don't have names with me while doing this review. At any rate , Coit sent an individual who did a wonderful job on reinstalling the drapes and making sure they were okay.  He told me when I got there that he has been reinstalling drapes for Coit for years and I had no doubt that he knew what he was doing. It was a wonderful treat to have them returned before the Holidays  and I really appreciated their effort.
I found the entire experience to be professional, successful, prompt, and friendly.  

I was pleased with their service. They were very quick, very efficient and were in and out. They were very nice and polite. They were a little bit hard on the price but they did a good job and so for what they did it was a good price.

Coit is an old Atlanta company and is expensive.  Fortunately in this case you get what you pay for.  They are the best!!

He did a great job.  He did what he said he was going to do.  I call and request for one particular technician who is very good.  He is very polite and nice.  He is very aware of how to deal with pet related issues.  He goes above and beyond and he is thorough.  He is a good value for your money.  There is another guy who is not as good as him.  He is kind of a bit rude and does a bare minimum for the money.  They are very responsive and quick to get back to you.  They are very flexible with their schedule.  They show up on time. They always send the same person if I request for him.

I would not recommend this company under any circumstances to clean the floor of a doghouse. It took them forever to correct this mistake and they denied it was even their fault. It took them 6 months to reimburse us for our rug (from the time of damage to the time they finally admitted it was their mistake). I will never use them again.

I will say that the gentleman tried very hard to do a good job. Once I noticed some stains that were still present, he went back and diligently tried to remove them. The carpet looked good until it dried then I noticed there were still areas that didn't look as good as they should have. There was still one room that was a little dirty and it almost looked like it hadn't been touched. I don't recall if he was punctual or not. I am not sure if I will use their services again.

They came on time, did everything they said they would do and were courteous.

They did fine. I would love to get it done for less but they were good.

THEY DID WONDERFUL WORK, BUT THEY UNPLUGGED OUR FREEZER DURING THE PROCESS, WASTING $100 OF DOLLARS OF FOOD. I MADE THEM AWARE OF THE PROBLEM AND EXPECTED SOME FORM OF FOLLOW UP FROM THEM. TO DATE, WE RECEIVED NO APOLOGY, & CERTAINLY NO TO ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE OUR COMPLAINT. VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING.

VERY HEAVY, AND I HAD A LOT OF THEM IN 5 ROOMS.

THEY PICKED UP THE RUGS AND TOOK THEM TO THEIR SITE AND CLEANED THEM. THE PEOPLE THAT PICKED UP THE RUGS, DID THE ESTIMATE AND SCHEDULED THE SERVICE AND RETURNED THE RUGS WERE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND CORDIAL. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD.

COIT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, AND VERY POLITE. THE WORK WAS DONE IN ABOUT 3 HOURS. HE CLEANED UP ANY MESS THAT WAS MADE AND WAS VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DISTURB ANY OF OUR FURNISHINGS. HE EVEN VACUUMED BEFORE HE LEFT.
