I received a call from our tenant at 1am. Her toilet backed up into the freshly remodeled bathroom.  What a disaster!  I frantically called to find a sewer and drain specialist. Don of Clogg Solvers offered a flat rate ($275 for the snaking and $75 clean-up and excrement remounting) and promised to arrive in an hour.  True to his word he arrived in 45 minutes. First he laid a floor tarp in the hall and proceeded to clean the water and excrement from the bathroom floor so that the mess did not spread by foot. Then he worked with a snake for about an hour. It was a stubborn block but he cleared the line. When he left the bathroom was sparkling and the toilet is working great. We have a 30-day guarantee on the work if it should block up again. I highly recommend Clogg Solvers. Don is a hard-worker who cares greatly about his client's well-being.
