CheryLynn begin cleaning my house in Lawrenceville, GA in 12/2017 on biweekly service. She started out doing excellent work. However, starting around mid-February 2018 she began arriving 2 hours late, then 3-4 hours late. She soon begin requesting to come on a different day just 1 hour before the scheduled appointment. I work from home so it is hard to accommodate unplanned changes to schedule. However, I agreed to last minute schedule changes and she would often call on the morning of the rescheduled appointment and advise she still couldn't make it because of personal issues. Soon thereafter, she began not vacuuming all of the areas. She stopped dusting the ceiling fans and upper crown molding. She soon stopped mopping the laundry room and leaving smudges on the bathroom mirrors. She started having an snappy attitude when I brought missed items to her attention. CheryLynn failed to dust the furniture, clean the doors and wipe down the exterior of appliances during each visit. I wouldn't use this service again because she started out doing a great job and being prompt but that only lasted 8 weeks. Skip this headache and use a national company with a customer service department that you can contact when to report issues with professional.
