They were exceptional

They came on time and had a plan. The first person would put on the 24 hour cream to bleach it out and the second would come back the next day and clean it all up. Unfortunately, what was used did not work as it didn't fade the stain. Rather than keep trying - I decided to forget it. I don't think anything will actually bleach it back to its white color. Because it didn't work - they did give me a discount. The two employees of the company were really friendly, professional and mannerly. It was refreshing to work with people like these two. I don't believe there is anyone that would have been able to get this stain out - they were my best hope and I know they did the best they could. I would definitely use them again.

Original repair was less than perfect. However, they returned and made everything right. I highly recommend this vendor.

Robert covered the entire area, making a type of dam, so that it would not make a mess in the entire bathroom. After completion, I examined the job and was thoroughly pleased with the outcome. It looked brand new. The entire area was also completely clean. I would not hesitate using Cleaner Image Marble Cleaning and Restoration again. If you have a problem, give them a call.

Very professional company, consistent with other reviews. Called to confirm appointment, they were on time -- very courteous, knowledgeable and responsive to questions. They are not cheap but did reduce price from the estimate based on the actual amount of work required when they got here, which was very fair and much appreciated.

These guys are easy to work with, delivered a free on site estimate, performed the work exactly as proposed and followed up before, during, and after as expected, promptly, and professionally. If you have marble that needs sealing or simply sprucing up, give them a shout.

This two man crew showed up on time and got to work. They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The job consisted of a marble foyer floor and a bath floor. The floor had years of scratches, wax, and dirt that was I not able to remove even with bleach and a scrub brush. Before I found Cleaner Image I was contemplating ripping the floor out and putting in cheap tile. What a mistake that would have been. My marble floors now glisten like new. I cannot describe the amazing difference. Not only do they look fantastic but having them refinished was cheaper than new floors. Besides refinishing and sealing the floors, they are regrouted all areas missing grout and caulked the edges for me. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Cleaner Image!

Sink was what the original job was for. When the technician was out he gave an estimate on the front entry and columns at front of drive. It was raining that day so said he would come back. He was very prompt HOWEVER it turned out the columns and entry were not limestone so the procedure did not work. He even said that he should have not given the estimate in the rain. But we were still charged $500 for this service even though it was quoted incorrectly and the columns look worse than before and was told that in order to fix it, they would charge us even more money.
I chose this professional for my boss due to the nature of the positive reviews on Angie's list. When I received the report from her about this, I was very disappointed that I made the recommendation and I also noticed the columns looked worse than before. I was surprised that they would change for a botched job that they admitted to and charge additional to make the situation right.

It was a good experience overall! They delivered and I was very pleased with their work. I think I recall them being a bit pricey, but bottom line was that they did an excellent job. The technicians were very professional and showed up on time. Everything went well.

It went well. They arrived on time, had everything they needed, did what we asked them to do and did a good job overall. It was a little on the expensive side, but we have no complaints.
