I just can't say enough good things about this company. They have always treated us like their most important client, whether the job was big or small. They are great at communication, when parts have to be ordered, or there is any type of delay. Their prices have always been more than fair, and their work above reproach. We have used Clay plumbing for residential and heavily used commercial buildings, and they have always been top notch. We can't thank you enough for your support over the years.

I use them any time that I have a plumbing need. They have been around for a long time and I am very pleased with the service. They are a home town company and we always have good success with this company with scheduling and the service.

Job was completed and faucet fixed. Had to replace fixtures and did not check first with homeowner. Sink was stopped up and had them look at it also, I wanted them to snake the sink, but they plunged it instead, and charged me for what I could have done.

The representative stopped the leaky faucet in about 20 minutes and the price was a bit cheaper than what was quoted over the phone. I was pleased to see that they adjusted the price once they were on site and completed the job quickly. How nice not to be taken advantage of.

This is really great company. They really have great communication skills and they are very kind. They even called my utility company for me so that I wouldn't have to. I highly recommend their service.

I have a big business so he has to come many times to fix different things around. He is responsible, clean and takes good care of the stuff around, but what I like the most about him is the quality of his work. He charges by the hour but I can't remember exactly how much that is.

He was able to come right out and he was on time. He gave me tips on maintaining my unit that were really helpful. He was careful not to track mud on my carpet. I felt that the price was fair for the work he did.

He did a good job. I have had no problems with the leak since. He did have to tear holes in my ceiling and tear up some tile work in my bathroom to find the leak. I think that was unavoidable though. He did explain to me everything he had to do and why he was doing it before he did it though. He also recommended a very good tile person and drywall person for me to use to repair the damage.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WORKED ON A WEEKEND. I DIDN'T NOTICE ANY MESS WHEN I GOT HOME. THEY WERE ABLE TO STOP THE LEAKS DUE TO THE DRAINS BEING CLOGGED.
