I can not say enough positive about my experience with Sanjay and Classic Touch Cleaners. From first phone call to the completed project, things could not have gone any better. I was not able to deliver the coat myself but was told they accept items via UPS. The repairs, cleaning and conditioning was performed at the estimated price. The coat looks and feels like new. Keeping in mind, this coat is vintage....close to 45 years old or older, it was rescued from the brink and will now have a new lease on life with my son. He too loved the coat and was impressed by the end result. I told Sanjay his shop was now on my "list" and that I'd be happy to recommend his service.

The colors bled into each other and when I picked the dress
up... they blamed me:
They said they warned me that this would happen (THEY NEVER DID). If i had ever thought that there was a chance that my dress would get ruined, I would never have left my dress with them. They were rude and heartless as I stared at my dress in disbelief.
I visited several times to try and have a professional negotiation for reimbursement and wrote to them several times. They ignored all effort to help me with my $1500 dress.
I ended up suing them in small claims court... but guess what: they KNOW that they can?t lose. The way the laws are written, first you have to have proof of original value and then, the court will award you a small fraction of that, as they won?t award damages for replacement value.. just depreciated value.
The owners of Classic Touch have NO class and I suspect no insurance. They
would rather pay for a lawyer in court than to do right by a customer. PLEASE
BE WARNED and do not use these dry cleaners!
