City Boys fixed the issues on the 2nd.  My issues were that first, he's not professional. Very impatient and quick to interrupt questions or clarifications of what I'm hearing.  He also told me that he couldn't help to determine or wait for me to get online or call the manufacture to determine how old the machine was in assessing the worth of fixing the machine or buying a new one (a task that I was able to do in 3 minutes while his team went to the truck).
After the fixes were made, the dryer would no longer finish the cycle and will run all night now (similar to the washer's issue). This was not occurring before and is either a new issue or an issue caused by his labor.  My suspicion is that it is his labor.  When my girlfriend called to talk to him about this, he was rude and unprofessional and told her that he couldn't talk to her since he did the work with me, even though she lives here and had the invoice with her.  He called me (I was out of the country) and left a message informing me that the problems were mine and that he'd come out to fix them if I wanted him to.  
I called him the next day when I returned and explained the issue. He proceeded to communicate that it wasn't his issue and that he fixed what I asked him to. I communicated that fixing what I asked while causing another problem results in this being an issue he needs to resolve.  He interrupted me, went on a rant about his experience, the discount he gave me, and then hung up the phone.  I called back thinking it was a mistake and before I could address my concerns again - he said he didn't have time to deal with anything other than me using him to fix the problem and pay for it.  
Bottom line, it's the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had with a repair person. I still am unsure what set him off, but after reading Yelp reviews and other reviews online about him - this is par for the course.  I'm planning to have another repair person look at the work done and if we determine that it's his work that caused this then I'll be talking to the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint.  
Overall, a decent repair experience is made into a F due to this person's professionalism and inability to listen and serve his customers.  No one should use his services as he is not customer friendly OR as I see it right now - very good at his job.  I can deal with attitude and lack of customer skills, but not if you're not producing excellent work.  Do not use City Boys R Us.

After calling 3 companies to fix our washer (1 canceled, 2 simply did not show up) , we called City Boys. They were very professional on the phone and their service fee was half of what we had been quoted from other companies. Not only was it only $49.00 to come out, they included it in the repair with a itemized breakdown. Even though they ran about ten minutes late, Curtis our service rep. called to let us know that traffic had held him up but he was right around the corner.
Curtis was very nice and professional. He fixed our washer in a short period of time, but took the time to explain and show us what the problem was. He even helped us re-set our disposal for no charge. In addition to their great service, they are available 24 hours. Curtis came to fix our problem on a Friday at 6pm! In Atlanta traffic!
We will definitely keep his card on our bulletin board for all future appliance repairs
