Excellent service! We had Citrus Fresh out today to clean our carpets and some upholstery. We could not be more pleased with the entire experience and results! Justin and Ryan did an excellent job from start to finish. They were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the product and service. It is a 100% natural product and a low moisture process, which keeps the drying time at a minimum and the nice citrus smell is absolutely refreshing! We were considering new carpets, but they now look like new, as they were able to remove all the spots and spills that had collected over time. At no time did the men seem to be rushing through the job, and were especially thorough on the more worn areas, such as stairs. They were even able to remove a very gummy spill in my craft room! We will definitely have Citrus Fresh back out on a regular basis. As a retired couple, we especially appreciate the well designed website, and follow up emails, along with photos of the technicians, and appointment and payment details. Personal service along with high customer satisfaction are important to everyone, Citrus Fresh does not disappoint!

Richard did a wonderful job of giving special attention to these areas and was able to remove stains that I thought were permanent. The whole house smelled wonderful for several hours after the service was provided. I will definitely recommend Citrus Fresh to my neighbors and use them again.

I rarely write reviews because there seems like I literally have no time for anything.   However, this company so far exceeded my expectations that I made time for this review.  I choose this company based on the reviews I read, and everyone was right - this company gets it right!  They were very polite and helpful on the phone, prior to my service, they sent me an email reminding me what I needed to do ahead of time (nothing basically), and they included pictures of the four men that service my area, along with a few notes on each gentleman.  Thanks to that email, I knew to expect one of those four men, and when he arrived, and I knew a couple to things about him already!!  Very cool!!  They did an excellent job on the carpet...they got stains out, moved most of the furniture (without asking), and wore covers over his shoes.  Additionally, the house smelled amazing.  The best part is the carpet was dry by the time my two boys came home!
If that wasn't enough, I received a follow up phone call to ensure my service was satisfactory.  THEN....yes, there is more...I received a hand-written thank you note in the mail thanking me for the opportunity to clean my house!!!  In all my years, I have never seen a company so customer focused.   If they ever opened a new type of business, I would not hesitate to try it out.  From now on, this will be the only company I use.   Thank you Citrus Fresh for being an AMAZING company!!!

If you guys haven't tried out CitrusFresh Carpet Cleaning please do it now, because their work is AMAZING. I had a few stains in my living room which came out, and whatever they use I bet no other cleaning company has it. They not only clean your carpet to perfection, but they vacuum your carpet afterwards. Also, wipe down your base boards when they finish, and that is just OUTSTANDING. My carpet cleaner name was Richard H. and he was the coolest carpet cleaner I've ever met in my life. He reassured me that he would do his best to perfect my carpet with getting those stains out. GUESS WHAT? He not only did it, but he has my carpet looking like I just moved in. Since, I've found me a great carpet cleaning company, I'll be calling them every 6 months. OH! YEH! They have GREAT PRICES, and you can't beat a great price, great service, & EXCELLENT CARPET CLEANING. I couldn't have gone with any other carpet cleaning service in Atlanta, but these guys. My carpet isn't drenched with WATER like it would've been with most companies. I say it'll probably dry in a few, and that's also amazing. So glad that, I looked at their reviews prior to calling. If you see they have 5 stars, and I see why! Thanks a million CitrusFresh Carpet Cleaning, and I'll most definitely be using you guys in the near future. Richard called to say that he could come a little earlier than originally expected. He was friendly and professional. The carpets came out great. There were some spots from previous tenants that couldn't be removed, but the carpet was much cleaner than before and dried in a few hours. I was very happy with the price and service. They even provide a bottle of CitrusFresh carpet freshener that we absolutely love. They've made a repeat customer of me.

Citrus Fresh is just that a freshner service, they do not actually clean the carpets.  I was very disappointed in the work that was done, I had ordered cleaning and sanitizing, the driver did not have the sanitizer on the truck.  He went over all the carpet in less than an hour and said he was done. All the traffic and pet spots were still visible, I was looking for a deep cleaning of my carpets and received just a freshener. The citrus solution is very strong and overpowering, it caused headaches for my elderly mother.
The person I spoke to was polite and professional when I discussed my disappointment . They offered to come back, but I chose not to use them again because the carpet would still not be clean.
This is a waterless system and uses scrub brushes to brush up the dirt and puts a citrus chemical on the carpet. It does not truly clean.

Avoided some expensive R&R which another practitioner would probably have recommended.

They were on time and well-prepared.  They explained everything before beginning, moved some of the furniture and were very careful while cleaning the carpets.  The solution they use leaves a very fresh, clean smell.  Quite pleasant.

The guys that showed up - Justin and Ryan were friendly and professional.   I wish they had asked to do a walk though to point out all  the areas to be done.   They missed my sun room - but it was a different carpet than all the rest - an honest mistake.  As soon as I pointed it out, they jumped right on it.  There also was another misunderstanding that the owner, Meg rectified the same day.   Meg was wonderful to work with.  She confirmed my appt and took care of my issue to the point of satisfaction.   The place smelled wonderful - no chemical stench.   The carpets didn't take long to dry at all.  They look great - the guys even made sure to get up some stains I thought were set in.   I would hire them again and recommend to others.

Can't say enough about the services that were provided. Very professional and the results were impeccable.

We loved the service, it was fantastic. The natural product eliminated all of the stains and puppy stains. Smells and looks amazing. Service was delivered in a timely fashion and the carpets were dry fairly quickly. I will use again in the future.

Was very impressed with the stain removal that took place. The results far exceeded my expectations. They called to let me know when they were on the way, arrived at the promised time, and were very helpful in answering my questions before the cleaning process actually began. After the cleaning the cleaner walked me through the entire house to be sure that I was happy with everything before he would accept payment.

We were very happy with the appearance of all of the areas that they serviced or cleaned. The tech wore nice booties to be sure to prevent any tracking on the newly cleaned carpets and rug. He also informed me of the fact that the cleaning agent comes from orange peels and is natural, which I was very glad to hear. All in all, please and will call again.
