I recommend not using Citiside to manage your property. We found that they do not pay attention to details, they are slow to respond to any questions or inquiries from the owner, and they hire contractors who provide sub-par results. We had to inspect the property ourselves and follow up to get it rental ready. Once rented, the move in documentation used inaccurate and out dated pictures leaving us and the property at risk of being unable to reclaim any damages at move out. Furthermore, they delayed fixing issues we noted which resulted in repeat carpet cleaning charges and work to the house. Finally, when we noted that some work done had sloppy finishes that weren't acceptable, their response was "we can't look at every repair." In the end, we took the property back and went through a lot of additional work bringing a house that was supposed to have been cleaned up in February back to listable shape just 6 months later. Again, I would not recommend them. I brought all of the issues above to their attention and the responses I received were either rebuttals with inaccurate details or "sorry. we can't look at every repair." While working with them, any inquiry required at least two follow ups to get a response including trying to understand why we were not receiving payments. It was a painful process and I would not recommend anyone repeat it.
