Based on recommendation from a neighbor, I met with Ian in early January 2013 to get estimates on the cost to remodel both my master and guest bathrooms. I needed someone primarily to do the tile work. I thought his estimates were very fair and given my neighbor's experience working with him, I knew the work would be quality.
I decided to hire him. He provide me with the measurements of the two bathrooms so I would know how much tile to buy. He started demolition on the guest bath on Friday, January 18th and completed all work for both bathrooms including additional tasks I asked him to do on Monday, Feb. 4.
It was a great working experience and I would not hesitate to work with him on a future remodeling project.
