First of all, I don't give "A" ratings lightly! I needed help in a pinch for a special occasion. I found the Atlanta florists I'd used to be "underwhelming" and, having nothing to lose, I picked Chelsea at random out of a Google search list. They were immediately accommodating. They listened intently to my description of what I was looking for and the arrangement exceeded my expectations. I have to say that since I moved back to Atlanta, they are the only florist that has utterly "Wowed" me. Moving forward, I won't use anyone else.
