The guy they sent was incompetent so it took a long time at an hourly rate. Worse than that, when he left, the shower was leaking into the apartment downstairs. When Mom called Champs to return on Saturday morning, they said they couldn't get anyone there until Monday. Their only concession was an offer to refund her money if she could prove that the leak was their fault. After another call, they sent out a competent plumber who stopped the leak. The shower was still broken, and the competent plumber said that now a part was broken that he felt should be paid by the Champs. Champs refused. Moved onto new plumber.
