The Sean, technician was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He was very professional. He walked me through every step of the process and provided clear before and after photos to show the results. His attention to detail and level of service went far beyond what I’ve experienced with other companies. My fireplace was in dire need of fixing. He made sure with the repairs my family will be safe for this winter and beyond.

Without doubt, the most comprehensive cleaning my fireplace and chimney have received over their lifetimes! I wish desperately I could remember the name of the man who came, but he did an incredible job in a timely fashion. When my renter reported some problems with the fireplace I called cfc chimney. Their response was swift and arranged an inspection that very afternoon. Shortly afterwards the technician ran all over to purchase a special part, which took him a few hours. When it was late in the evening I thought he would go home. Instead he went back to work! He did a very good job. My tenant was very happy! Thanks a million, cfc chimney!
