Although they eventually got the job done, I was pretty disappointed with the lack of communication. I was hoping they would at least call me to let me know what was going on when they were having trouble getting the replacement part. I had to call them every single time to get an update on the replacement part. It took three weeks from my first call to the installation and I made a total of about 6 calls to them. It should've been only one week, in my opinion. On the positive side, once I had the part in hand, they came out and completed the work pretty quickly. I don't know if the price was good because I have nothing to compare it to, I've never had this part replaced or repaired and I couldn't find another company in my area who would do the job for me.
Description of Work: I needed to have an LCD lamp replaced for the projection TV in my home theatre. I initially called them hoping they would be able to order the part for me and then come install it in my home. I had to call them three or four times to check on it, and finally was told that they weren't able to get the part from the manufacturer. But that if I got the part they would install it for me. I ordered the part online in about two minutes and had it rush-shipped to my house (it was a $300 lamp). Once I got the part, they were able to get to my house within a few days and replace the lamp. As far as I can tell, they did a good job on the installation.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS POOR BECAUSE THE COLOR IN MY TV HAS NOT CHANGE AND I WILL NOT BE CALLING THAT COMPANY AGAIN FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICES WHATSOEVER.
Description of Work: WORK WAS DONE ON FIXING THE COLOR ON MY TELEVISION. IT IS STILL NOT ANY BETTER THAN IT WAS WHEN REPAIRMAN CAME OUT.
