Although they eventually got the job done, I was pretty disappointed with the lack of communication. I was hoping they would at least call me to let me know what was going on when they were having trouble getting the replacement part. I had to call them every single time to get an update on the replacement part. It took three weeks from my first call to the installation and I made a total of about 6 calls to them. It should've been only one week, in my opinion. On the positive side, once I had the part in hand, they came out and completed the work pretty quickly. I don't know if the price was good because I have nothing to compare it to, I've never had this part replaced or repaired and I couldn't find another company in my area who would do the job for me.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS POOR BECAUSE THE COLOR IN MY TV HAS NOT CHANGE AND I WILL NOT BE CALLING THAT COMPANY AGAIN FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICES WHATSOEVER.
