These guys are top notch from top to bottom! From the minute they arrive you feel a sense of comfort that they will treat your project as if it were their own property. Immaculate painting skills perfect lines and they go above and beyond to make sure the job is nothing short of perfect. They are super neat and tidy and make sure to clean up after each day as if they were never there. I wouldn't trust my projects with any other company or crew!

We'd been meaning to repaint our home ever since moving in a few years ago. Certapro made the top of my list based on reviews, comparable quotes, and good customer service. Took me a year to actually give the go-ahead, and I was pleasantly surprised to be back in contact with the same owner, Brett, who had quoted me a year ago. He cheerfully came back to the house to make sure nothing had changed and agreed to the same price. I was reluctant to make a color change since I didn't have a color in mind and didn't know how to match a color with the unusual Mediterranean style of the house. Brett put me in touch with a color consultant who very professionally listened to my preferences and concerns, and gave me some very good neutral options. Certapro covered the cost of her consultation. We had some weather-related problems during painting, but the team came out to spot-treat some areas that the rain affected. And we had some balcony railing repair issues which could have significantly increased the cost. But Brett called a welder and repaired the railing for a fraction of the cost it would have taken to replace it, and saved me a boatload of time had I had to coordinate this myself. Overall, it wasn't a cheap home improvement, but definitely worth it for the final quality and customer service. 

Showed up w 1 painter, 1 supervisor who was working on other jobs at the same time. Took FOREVER to complete, then when we were sick of calling and asking when they would ever finish, we paid to get them out of our lives! Turns out we should have inspected closer, paint started peeling, some of the items on the contract never were completed such as replacing of fascia, trim which we forgot about since it took months to get it mostly completed. We had a garage sale and a professional painter noticed the paint job, we got talking, he said it was terrible quality. The spots where the paint had come off or was scraped off, wasn't filled in and smoothed out. We had to complain, make threats to get that done and we're still waiting for the painter to return to repair trim, fascia, smooth out, repaint another section. I think they're stringing me along until the warranty expires!! DON'T PAY UNTIL YOU DO A CLOSE INSPECTION WITH THESE GUYS!!

Brett's team was terrific. They showed  up early and worked steadily all day. Their work was high-quality, but we are very picky. When we did see something we wanted them to address, they did so quickly and cheerfully. They communicated with us well about what was happening, and when it would happen. They respected the fact that I work from home and created minimal disruption for me (which I greatlyappreciated!) The house looks great and I would definitely use them again. The price was the lowest we got, and they offer one-year interest free financing. All around a terrific experience.

We agreed on the scope of work and on what I considered a fair price. Work started on 11/10/2014 and finished on 11/14/2014. The work appears to have been well done, the crew was hardworking and pleasant and helpful to deal with, and the results were exactly as agreed upon and expected. This is exactly what I want in a company that I hire, and I would definitely call CertaPro next time I have a painting project.

Painters were on time, professional and efficient from beginning to end. The owner checked in daily. I was amazed at the speed of their painting process.

After the labor was complete, the owner and I walked the property...as they consider the project to be over only when the customer is satisfied. .

We  missed a couple of small things on inspection day, but CertaPro returned to make it right.  This act told me that they are a company of their word. I will definitely be using them again.

Brett and his team were extremely professional, completed the project much sooner than expected (which was great!), and completely took the stress out of the entire process.  Our new home was in extreme need of a quality paint job, and CertaPro Painters of Dunwoody delivered our expectations and then some.  The house looks fantastic, and we are so pleased with the quality and service we received.  I would most definitely recommend CertaPro Painters of Dunwoody, and plan to use them for future projects.

A very frustrating, time consuming experience. We had to stop the work two or three times during the job until we could get the franchise owner to come discuss the poor quality of workmanship. We were very specific about the obvious problems and each time the problems were acknowledged and we were promised they would be fixed. Then the owner would leave and either the problem would not be fixed or another problem would be created as the work progressed. At the end we had to insist the owner come and spend the day here with his crew to oversee the job.  We were never pleased with the work; in the end, we simply ended it so we could go on with our lives after a days long unpleasant intrusion. It started with poor preparation work and went down from there. For example, what was supposed to be caulking around window panes turned into putty. This problem was supposed fixed but within a couple months the 'caulking' turned into a putty-like substance. We have had other people knowledgeable about painting look at the stuff and no one can figure out what CertaPro did or why. All agree with us that is was an unprofessional job. The franchise owner is very personable and the sales approach is very professional. Unfortunately the work itself and the process of getting the work down were both very unprofessional., Perhaps a key reason for this is that the franchise owner is a business person who said he had little or no experience with painting prior to buying the franchise. We are now considering painting the inside or our home. CertaPro is the last company we would ever consider painting anything on our property ever again. Part of CertaPro's sales approach - and one that lured us into using them - was 100% customer satisfaction. Don't buy it. [I ask the franchise owner NOT to contact us if they read this review. There is nothing left for him to say. The work speaks for itself; he has proved to us he is unable to do it better.]

I used CertaPro Painters of Dunwoody on a recommendation of a friend.  
The owner Brett was polite and very responsive from our first interaction through the end of the of the project.
I had to match current colors on the exterior due to HOA requirements.  I did not have the current paint of paint colors but Brett and his team were able to match the paint perfectly.  
The painters communicated prior to there arrival on the first day and each night before they left to what the progress was and what was to be done the next day.
Brett checked in a regular basis via email and in person at the house.
I had a great experience and will definitely use them again when the time comes. 

The service turned out great. I did have to push them to clean-up after the work so they are not as fastidious as you would expect. But the work was done well.

I met Brett of CertaPro the owner on the recommendation of a friend.
Brett came to my offices and very professionally and methodically looked at all the work required and measurements.
A recommendation to color that would be suitable and some repairs that had to be made.
He sent me a quote within a day that I accepted for the job to be done within the following week.
All work completed on time and his two painters were most courteous and professional.
They after completing the work, cleaned up and left no mess at all.
I have recommended CertaPro Painters of Dunwood to two of my friend, and they are most satisfied.
