Mortgage Companies
The down side of this company is that they will sell your mortgage to someone else after they close you. Now I have had three mortgages with them so far though. They made my mortgage process easy and when they are the ones who have my mortgage, I think they are great. They do everything correctly and I get good rates through them. They are great people to work with and deal with and I have no complaints with them at all.
