cell phone service, landline phone service
 + 0 moreTerrible choice for Telecom services. Technology is outdated. At T1 line is only 1.5Mb which is really slow in today's terms (it was great a decade ago). They want to lock you into a 3 year agreement which is nearly impossible to get out of. Their billing support is on the border of fraudulent. They will lock you into a 3 year contract based on outdated technology that is about twice as expensive as a VOIP provider such as RingCentral or 8x8. I switched to 8x8 and am much happier with the service and am saving about 40% on my phone bill. I cancelled my service three months ago and they are still charging my credit card, I am fairly objective in my flames, but will NOT use Cbeyond again.
Description of Work: They provided my landlines for my office in Broomfield CO for three years. The also were my cellular provider for about 3 months but the service was so bad that I had to cancel.
