I called and spoke with Steve Carroll and he asked if I had checked the re-set button. I had not, but while he was waiting on the phone I did. I hit the re-set button and the outlet once again was working. I had seen this company's sign in a neighbor's yard and they gave him an excellent recommendation, as did another neighbor who had used his services. I so appreciated his service ethic that I asked him to come to my house and give me an estimate on some wiring work that needs to be done. I will ask him to do the work when I am able to schedule it.
