Got the AngiesList special price on a different selection of rooms including stairs.
Called in an arrived an hour early. Got the job done fast however had a few spots coming back up.
Sent out a Technician who took care of the problem.Would use them again.
Carpet smelled nice, but only for a few days.

John and Luke are straight forward. Carpet is beautiful. Installation was on a Saturday. They arrived on time and the work was completed by 4 p.m. My only complaint is there was a little more space than I desired between the carpet and some Pergo flooring on the bottom of the stairs. (Space between the trim and the carpet. )This probably would have happened with anyone installing as I had very thick carpet that was removed.

John and Luke are the owners and they have been around for decades. They know the industry very well and can help recommend the right carpet for the right area. Working with them was incredibly easy and they took the stress out of dealing with carpeting for two houses. Their crew even helped with restretching carpet in areas where we were keeping the old carpeting.

During flooding in October of 2009, they came back and replaced the pad and reinstalled the carpet at a very reasonable price!

The selection with this company is good. The guy who I worked with in the store was present for the installation. They were definitely responsive to my needs. They were friendly and fast. They sent out nice guys to do the work. We were totally happy at the end. I just think we could have done it a little cheaper, but they were great with punctuality and good with that kind of stuff.

THEY WERE PROMPT. WE WERE SELLING HOUSE AND THEY DID IT WITHIN A WEEK. OWNER IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, EASY TO WORK WITH. SEVERAL DECORATORS AND REALTORS USE THEM. THEY HAVE A HUGE WAREHOUSE WITH GOOD SELECTIONS.
