Caroline Leyburn Designs

My experience with Caroline was wonderful, I had a very clear vision of how I wanted my new home designed. I reviewed some of the beautiful designs that she had done in the past and had a few concerns that her previous work was traditional and I wanted mid century. After our initial meeting and discussion Caroline came back to the table in a very short time with a great first draft. In my opinion she is a rare individual who knows how to research any style of home you want designed. Over the course of several more meeting she honed and refined the design until we got just what I wanted. Caroline seems equally adapt for those who may not know exactly what they want. I have raved about her to my friends, if you need someone to design your home, and can create your vision or provide one for you Caroline Boyd is the person for you!

Caroline first met with me at the house to hear the vision I had, then she spent time measuring and within a few weeks we had a first rendering. From there she has made several modification to accommodate new ideas and requests. I feel as though she understands what I am looking for and translates that to the design!

Caroline responded quickly anytime we had questions and did a magnificent job with our addition plans. Highly recommend her!!! Her skill level is excellent as well as her professionalism and dedication!

Caroline was delightful to work with. She was a good listener and took the time necessary to create exactly the porch I imagined. Her work was timely, complete and very creative. She was at all times both professional and approachable. I would not hesitate to use her again!
