POOR. MISREPRESENTED HIS SKILL LEVEL AND TRIED TO CHARGE FOR WORK NOT PERFORMED. MY FEELING IS THAT HE TRIES TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN. I AM AN EXPERIENCED DIY REPAIR PERSON HAVING BEEN A LANDLORD FOR OVER 25 YEARS AND KNEW HE WAS INCOMPETENT IN HIS PROFESSED REPAIR SKILLS.

IT TOOK TWO AND A HALF HOURS AND I THINK THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH, ESPECIALLY SINCE MY HUSBAND HELPED HIM. THE INSTALLATION COST MORE THAN THE SCREEN DOOR.
