I took a Chelsea Bell Clock to them for a check and repair.  They kept it for several weeks and when it was returned, it was obvious that the insides had been wrecked.  I took the clock to a Swiss Watchmaker who told me he would not work on it because of the damage done by Camelot.  I just got the repair estimate from Chelsea and it will cost $1100.00 to repair.  I still don't understand why the Camelot person didn't just refuse to work on it in the first place rather than doing further damage. I will never take anything to them for repair nor will I ever go there to purchase anything.

Not a great experience.  I was promised it would take 7-10 days.  After 5 visits to the jeweler and multiple phone calls, I finally had a finished product 7 weeks later.  Totally unimpressed with the customer service, design services, and follow through.  The initial ring was ready after 3 weeks but they did not use the stone sizes I requested or the ring setting that I signed off on.  In addition, I had to make a separate trip to the store to have them take my ring size.  The ring was re-made the second time and is basically unimpressive.  I'm not overly demanding so I don't think the issues were on my end.  I wish I could say otherwise, but I certainly won't visit them again in the future.

They really know what they are doing.  Helen (owner) is a gem.  She gave good advice the end products were beautiful.  I was thrilled with the outcomes. I felt I could trust them.

I took in two rings to have them resized. One ring has a number of baguette cut diamonds, which is a bit tricky. The lady who assisted me (the owner) sized the rings perfectly, including one ring that was previously sized for my ring finger but we switched it out for my pinky.
The rings were completed under two weeks later and they fit PERFECTLY.
When I picked up the rings I had 5 watch batteries replaced (very quickly!), and also had an older ring polished so it looks considerably brighter and better.
Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely visit again. Maybe next time to purchase something new!

I called to see if an appointment was necessary for bringing in the piece. It was not. The person on the phone was very cordial. Upon arrival I was told that I'd need to leave the piece with them or pay a significantly extra fee to wait for the report. Feb. is a busy season for jewelers I chose to leave it with them. The report was completed a day early, which I liked, and the appraisal was very precise and included photos. The appraiser even explained the report to me.
This is a family business that has existed for decades, and all are friendly and helpful. This was a very good experience.

Camelot was a little difficult to locate but well worth the trip.

Seems to be a family run jewelry store.   Casual and welcoming atmosphere.

The repairs were finished as scheduled and I am very satisfied with the results.

Cost was very reasonable.

They did exactly what I asked them to do. The service was done in the time frame they gave.

All work was of excellent quality.  One wedding band and the ring were ready the following week.  the engagement ring and the second wedding band took an additional as more extensive work was required.

I found Camelot Jewelers by utilizing Angie's List and I am very grateful! A family type jewelry store that makes you feel very welcome and important. I took my ring in on Tues. and it was ready on Wed. - repair done right on the premises! Everyone was helpful and very nice. I even purchased a gold charm for my mother from them. Their pricing was fantastic on the charm. They told me that they priced charms when they purchased them - so what ever the price of the gold was at the time is how it got priced. I almost felt like I was robbing them....with the price of gold at over $1300 and ounce right now. The drive from my house to the store was a pleasant one. No highways, just nice tree lined streets. I left a second ring with them to get the stone polished. It will take a bit longer they explained because they actually personally take it to the stone cutter for polishing. I'm sure it will be fabulous! I'm so excited about this store! I recently moved to the Atlanta area and was hoping to find this type of service for my jewelry puchases and repairs. They had a nice selection of everything and lots of nice silver gifts and unique jewelry.

I had gone to a couple other places first. Several jewelers wanted to buy a new pair of trillions instead of just getting one. Others stated that the setting for the trillions would have to be redone. Camelot Jewelers did what needed to be done to fix the ring, and they were very reasonable about the cost. I will definitely be using them again.

Staff was professional and friendly. Would definitely use again and refer all friends and family to this business.

My son and I took several of my late mother's rings for appraisal. In particular, one diamond ring that my son wanted to give as an engagement ring. The lady there (I believe her name was Helen) was very helpful and friendly. She examined all the rings and confirmed which were real gems and which were not. She then went over with my son several options with the diamond ring he wanted and showed a variety of settings should his girlfriend want to have the stone reset. We were very pleased with the service and attention shown us and would definitely go back if and when my son's girlfriend decides to make any changes to the ring.

WONDERFUL service experience! My parents were visiting from MI and were with me when I selected the new mounting. They browsed the store and asked to see two rings from a case. They ended up selecting a ring for my mom. Camelot resized it while we waited, polished it once they were sure it fit properly, then delivered it to my dad to be placed on my mom's finger. Every person in the store went beyond gracious and helpful - they truly made us feel welcome. Our purchases were not large as jewelry store items go, but that didn't seem to matter to them - all their clients receive the white glove treatment.

The incentive to search Angie's List for a source was the broken earring, but after seeing the high recommendations and easy location, it was an incentive to finally place four charms (after letting them sit for many years) on my gold charm bracelet. The service was kind, considerate, done on time with a call that all was ready, and at a reasonable price. Both when dropping off and picking up the jewelry and noting Angie's List as the referral source, neither the manager nor the owner knew of the Angie List resource. They do now and said they'll become a member !

It went great because the cost was very reasonable and the craftsmanship and attention to detail that John exhibited were exceptional. And, the fact that John did the job for me while I waited which saved me a return trip was a huge bonus! Now I know where to go if this problem happens again. In fact, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The jeweler did a wonderful job; actually better than I had expected! I have had work done on this bracelet several times in the past, and have never been satisfied. But this time, the jeweler took great care in fixing the charms that needed repair, and attaching the new charms in an efficient and aesthetically pleasing way. Beyond that, they were courteous and prompt, and I felt totally comfortable leaving my valuable (financially and sentimentally) charm bracelet in their hands. I HIGHLY recommend them. I even drove 30(plus) minutes to get to their store, and I would gladly do it again!
