It went extremely well. It is probably The single best improvement I have done to my condo. I am still so delighted after more than a year every time I open my closet doors. Michelle Was very easy to work with and designed my closets to perfection. Needless to say, I was very pleased.

Overall the project went very well. We had one minor glitch at install but they were very responsive and attentive to making things right in a timely manor.The cost is a little higher than I may have liked however the customer service was very good from the selection process to installation making it less stressful for us during the whole process.

It was a beautiful experience. I've booked an appointment online. Michelle contacted me a short time after, we made the appointment, I was advised on the time and people coming (with pictures). The design was done on the spot to include my needs. The installation was a breeze and the results were outstanding.

Had an initial consultation for our needs/wants, plus space measurements. Before she left, she gave us a 3-d model of the recommendations on her laptop with estimate. We decided to purchase and schedules our installation appointment. Earliest appt were about 3-4 weeks out. The installation tech was prompt and completed the work within about 90 minutes.

On the day of the installation, the installer showed up and went right to work. I have no idea how long it took him because I was busy doing other things around the house. But it didn't take too long, he was courteous and professional and quiet with occasional drilling. Once the closet was finished he called us up to look it over, and it was great, and he cleaned up all areas he work in. He removed all garbage.

Lynn came out and measured the entire space. Then she asked us questions about everything that was in the closet. After we talked a while, she sat down and did a quick design for our immediate feedback. We made a couple of tweaks and then she finalized it later that night. The installation guys were prompt and very respectful of our space, putting down blankets where they were working. We were pleased with the plan, but when we saw the final product we loved it. The quality is very good and we're finding that the space is so much more user friendly. It was more expensive than other quotes we got, but we believe the final product was worth it.

I liked the fact that they went through the structural layout on several occasions. They did not get upset when I changed my mind several times.

The designer came out, we designed the closet and cabinets together and within a week we have new cabinetry and a new closet! The designer was knowledgeable and courteous as was the installer who was also accomodating, prompt and thorough! What more could you ask of any company?
