After a year of good service we had trust factor with them and decided to continue using their services. However they were issued a check for services and instead of providing the necessary product requested they skimmed us on the product. After the work was done and we realized what they had done they company deemed their work appropriate and refused any type of reimbursement. Subsequently we had to sue them for the remaining balance. In the end we had to hire another company to complete the work that C & N did not.
