C & B Moving Company

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. I did a lot of research ahead of our local Atlanta move and was pleased with the reviews and the quote I was provided. They continue to create new Google pages because they continue to receive bad reviews that reflect real experiences of paying customers. When I originally paid a deposit, they had 86 Google reviews, I'm assuming most of which were fake positive reviews. They showed up with two men and a truck that was half the size they originally said, which then led to two trips to and from our old place to our new place, adding on an additional 2 hours to our move. The movers also took an hour lunch. This caused us to be charged for 3 additional hours. Throughout the move, they caused so much damage to the walls of our old place, new place, and furniture. I sent them 70+ photos of all of the damage. They originally were super apologetic, saying we would get this resolved without any problems. It has now been 3 months since our move, and we have not heard back from them regardless of how many emails, phone calls and texts we have tried. We have sought out legal counsel, but wanted to post this as a warning for anyone looking for movers in the ATL area.

Everything was done professionally They loaded my furniture up with care, like it was they own furniture. Everything was wrapped with thick moving blankets.
