The in-store representative was very friendly, very knowledgeable. When he didn't know how the machine rated on consumer reports, he let me go back to their computer to look up on-line reviews so I would be confident in my purchase. They stayed within my budget and did not try to over-sell me. The prices are steep, but are the fair rate for the quality of the products they carry (gym and commercial quality equipment). Delivery took a little longer than I would have liked (a little over 2 weeks), but the delivery service was professional and responsive. They came and set up the machine and both gentlemen were friendly, professional, and helpful.

Excellent experience overall. The manager was very accommodating and knowledgeable without being too pushy. You can buy fitness equipment for a lot less elsewhere, but not of this quality - this place is for equipment that lasts with a 10-yr warranty and brands recommended by Consumer Reports. Make sure to ask about sales though; we thankfully did and were told they were giving 20% off; there would have been no way to know this otherwise since there were no visible markdowns or signs.
