Budget Dumpster Rental

Budget dumpster is horrible. First, they delivered a dumpster that had someone else's garbage in it (multiple fast-food restaurant bags). The dumpster was rusty, falling apart, and has holes all in it which is not conducive to construction material (nobody wants nails in their driveway!!) Not only that, but we ordered it for a week on Tuesday 8/20. We scheduled pick-up for the following Tuesday 8/27, and were told there was a 3-day window for pick-up (so sometime between Tuesday 8/27 and Friday 8/30). It is now Tuesday 9/3 and this dumpster is still sitting in my driveway!!! I have called multiple times and all the lazy customer service women sitting on their couches answering the phones just tell me they have "put in a ticket" and "can't transfer people to management." Why even have a customer service department if they can't actually help? Worthless company, would absolutely never use them again, and will be demanding compensation for money lost with rescheduled deliveries.

they are adding some charges that doesn't belong to us. We gave the gate code and they charged us that is a gated community and we didn't provide gate code. If you need more money change your dumpster prices don't try to steal money! Im changing this company to reliable company. Im not working with them anymore. /// UPDATE 03/12/21 /// Business owner replied my review but here is the correct way; (If they require I can get call records from Verizon we are using business cell phones) Driver called our designer at 7:30 am in the morning and Designer gave it to them. When our designer came to the office at 9 am the lady called and asked the code again and Designer told her "we gave it to the driver" and gave the code to her again. End of our contract they charged and blamed us to couple of failed attempt. I am taking time to show the truth. If you require call reports I will apply for that to Verizon. I wont be losing anything with $150 but you already lost your business. Thank you

PLEASE BE AWARE!!! If you want to be overcharged, ripped off, be disrespected then go ahead and use Budget Dumpster. I will never use them again. PLEASE BE FOREWARNED!!!!! Jim D

NOT ACCURATE, POOR SERVICE The customer service is poor and information about dumpster sizing on website is completely inaccurate. The 20 yard dumpster we received was approx 6 ft tall x14 ft long instead of 4.5 ft tall x 22 ft long (clearly posted on website and discussed thoroughly with representative Mike when service was ordered). This may seem a small consideration, but the height made a huge impact for practical usage since it was for residential use. It was too tall to comfortably load anything over the sides and harder to load in general because we would have had to lift things over our heads to stack them tall enough to fit everything in the trailer. They would not allow us to cancel and offered a small concession to the price for the "miscommunication"--not good enough.

It went great, I would highly recommend doing this, great for simplifying your life.

Budget Dumpster arrived on time and picked up when they were required to.
The great thing about this company is you can use them all over the USA.
They have a place on my phone under "Favorites".
As a business that handles Estate Clean-outs, we rely heavily on dumpster rentals and this is the only place to go!
