Amazing Work! They were extremely professional and helpful in choosing my frames.  I really did not know what I wanted when I went in and I knew that it was going to be super expensive when I finally decided to get them framed.  The only reason I gave them a D in regards to the prices was that initially when I went in to choose the frames one of them was out of stock.  It wasn't for a couple of weeks before they called me however to let me know that I needed to come back in to choose another frame.  The second frame ended up being about $200 more than my first choice.  I also live about 30 miles away from the shop and only went there due to the reviews on Angie's List, so I am also considering the out of the way drive for when I had to go pick out the other frame.  Granted I think my second choice was significantly better than the first, but I feel like fronting another $200 unexpectedly was a little crazy, especially considering it was their mistake in the first place.  Overall they provided exceptional service and I could not be more pleased with my two new pieces.  I will certainly use them in the future.

Overall, loved the end products (two framed pictures - one photograph and one charcoal rendering)!

The Briarcliff Frame Shop did a wonderful (way beyond my expectation) job on all 3 projects.  In every case they were extremely friendly and helped to select the mat size(s) and colors, and the frame.  I did not have to wait in the store for help as they always had several people around.  The last project was the most complicated because it involved placing 3 separate cross stitch projects into the same frame, making all 3 symmetrical .  The Shop did this absolutely perfectly with Stretch N Pin mounting where the squares on the cloth are perfectly straight.  They also double matted it and helped to select the colors which are absolutely stunning, bringing out the optimum color scheme in the project.  All of the frames that they selected were excellent quality and were applied with perfect miters.  The glass is all UV Protected, Conservation Clear TruVue glass.  Each project was completed very quickly.  The prices were extremely reasonable considering how much expertise was involved in the selection of mats and frames, and in the Stretch N Pin mounting of the cross stitch projects.  They applied the wire to the back of the frame and included the picture hooks.  There is even a coupon on their website.  I would recommend this frame shop to everyone who wants wonderful framing that will last a lifetime. 

The woman at the desk gave excellent advice and was good at getting me to figure out what I wanted. The marriage license looks much, much better than I expected it to work out. The puppets had some loose threads that needed trimming. When I came to pick up the items, the threads hadn't been trimmed. At my request, the framers cheerfully agreed to take care of it, and they did.

Wonderful. They did a beautiful job in less time than promised.
